Marketing

Michael is feeling under the weather today. I took advantage of access to the computer and office (yee-ha!) and embarked on some marketing efforts. I printed out labels for my postcard invitations to my exhibit at the Elliott Museum. I also composed a short newsletter for my e-mail list announcing my opening reception this Thursday at the Museum of Florida Art and other goings on.

If you'd like to join my e-mail list, click here. I promise to never give or sell your e-mail to anyone ever (I get about 150 spam e-mails myself per day- maddening, I tell ya). You can expect a short newsletter update on my current events and exhibits delivered to your inbox about every other month. If you'd like a physical, tangible postcard every now and then, e-mail me and I'll add your address to the list: sharon@sharoncrute.com

Sharon- best of luck and success at these two new exhibits. Your work could dazzle a sightless person!

I thought of you as I read " Chosen by A Horse ", by Susan Richards.

Bonnie, you are too kind!

Hey, if you read this, I've tried to comment on your blog but it requires that I sign up for membership through Wordpress. Please advise.

Reminds me of a quote from Woody Allen: Or maybe it was Groucho: "I wouldn't belong to any club that would have me as a member"!

Sharon, Wordpress has changed formats and perhaps made it hard to leave comments- others have said the same.
I'm looking in to it. Thanks so much for trying and for telling me.

I'll advise you as I find out- I'm a regular reader ( admirer ) of your site.:-)

Sharon- posting problem solved!
Go ahead any time.
Love it when tech support is fast and easy.

How was the show for you?

You're so right about carefully selecting who you show with. We're judged by the company we keep ( didn't our mothers always warn us of that!)
